8 squares Baker’s Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
16oz package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
½ cup sugar
1 chocolate pie crust
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Microwave chocolate for 1 ½ – 2 minutes, stir halfway.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and eggs into chocolate. Pour into crust.
- Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
