Libby’s Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
1 t flour
2 eggs; slightly beaten
16oz. can Libby’s Solid Pack Pumpkin
¾ cup sugar
½ t salt
1 t ground cinnamon
½ t ground cloves
12oz. Carnation evaporated milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Prepare pie crust via directions.
  3. Mix ingredients in order listed.
  4. Pour into pie crust.
  5. Cover edge of crust with foil to prevent burning.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F.  Continue baking 35-45 minutes.
