Pecan Puffs

Pecan Puffs

Ingredients:
½ cup butter
2 t vanilla
1 cup flour
Chopped pecan nuts
Powdered sugar 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Beat butter until soft. Blend butter and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Combine pecans and flour. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Roll into small balls
  5. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown on greased baking sheet.
  6. Roll puffs in powdered sugar while hot, and again when cooled.
