Ingredients:
½ cup butter
2 t vanilla
1 cup flour
Chopped pecan nuts
Powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Beat butter until soft. Blend butter and vanilla until creamy.
- Combine pecans and flour. Mix all ingredients together.
- Roll into small balls
- Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown on greased baking sheet.
- Roll puffs in powdered sugar while hot, and again when cooled.
