Sautéed Mushrooms

Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
3 cups sliced mushrooms
2 T oil or butter 

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, heat oil or butter over medium-high heat.
  2. When the oil or melted butter is hot, add the mushrooms. You should hear a sizzle.
  3. Cook the mushrooms 4 – 5 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
